Who can photograph in Rosemary Beach?

Rosemary Beach Property Owners: Photography is generally complimentary for property owners. You must have a signed location agreement and the photographer’s Certificate of Insurance.
Guests of Rosemary Beach Cottage Rental Company (RBCRC): The fee is typically waived for guests who book their accommodation directly through RBCRC.
Guests of Other Rental Companies (e.g., VRBO): A $500 minimum fee is usually required for guests staying through other management companies.
Permit Required: In all non-commercial cases, a permit is required and needs to be applied for at least 72 hours in advance.  
Shooting Locations: Photography for personal use is limited to Rosemary Beach property owners and their guests. So if you want to book a session in Rosemary Beach, be sure that you are actually an owner or renting through RBCRC. If you are not any of the above, we can always photograph your family down the street in Inlet Beach or Grayton Beach State Park. There are more options to photograph your family.
